Business and entrepreneurship is a topic I’m passionate about. Why? Because it provided me with an education I never got in school.
As I look back, I can see that my personal growth journey could also be looked at in much the same way. When I decided to make more conscious choices in my life instead of playing the victim, I started delving into books and audio courses that changed my life. It was so impacting that I couldn’t believe this material was not being taught in school!
I don’t know if you would agree, but I felt that so much of what was taught in school was unnecessary and inapplicable to life. Was some of it useful? Undoubtedly. Was some of it beneficial? Of course. However, the main thing we all learned from school was how to operate, and even that is still based on industrial age ideals and a lot of incorrect assumptions.
Show up. Do your homework. Get to class before the bell rings.
A lot of that conditioning might be useful in the job world, but is less applicable to entrepreneurship. I would even argue that it’s becoming less valid in most workplaces too.
If you want to stand out, reach for your dreams, make your life count… then you need to challenge the status quo. At least that’s what I think.
That’s why the idea of creating audio courses appealed to me so much. I knew that it would give me a chance to pass on the things I’ve learned through years of personal growth and business education. I knew that it would give me the opportunity to impact lives and help people in areas I’ve had victory in.
Of course, I believe I have the same opportunity with the blog and the podcast, but let’s be honest; people tend to value what they pay for more than what they get for free. If you pay for a book or an audio course, you’ll be more invested in it. That’s just how us human beings work, and I’m exactly the same way.
I believe that the How to Set Up Your Music Career Like a Business audio course will be the first of many. I hope to delve deeper into the topics discussed within, and I also want to touch on a variety of other topics in the future.
If you resonate with what I’m saying, then this course is for you. Now I will put the ball in your court. Will you invest in your future, your personal growth, and your music career? If so, take action today.
