I’m back with a quick update regarding the podcast. You’ll be glad to know I’m launching a new show soon, and I think you’re going to love it.

Hey, it’s David Andrew Wiebe here.

I see the stats and I know that a lot of you are still tuning in to this podcast, which, in case you hadn’t noticed, I haven’t done anything with for several months now.

First of all, thank you, I really appreciate it. There is a lot of great content in the archives, so I can’t blame you for wanting to work your way through the sizable backlog of content.

But second of all, I wanted to let you know that I am working on a new podcast. Now don’t get too excited – I’m not saying that I won’t be doing anything with this podcast, but you’ll have to be patient with me . That’s why I thought you should know about the other show that I’m getting ready to launch.

And yes, I know, in the last episode I talked a lot about some of the plans I had for getting back into music, and how I’d felt prompted to take a bit of a different direction with my life. But it’s a funny thing – I feel as compelled as ever to write, to record, to deliver great content to everyone that has shared this journey with me over the years. You’re my motivation. Thank you.

So the only logical choice for me has been to figure out how to do both. I want to keep creating resources for musicians, but I also want to make music. To that end, I have been making some strides, and I’ll be talking more about that in the future.

Anyway, let’s talk a little bit more about the new podcast. So this is a secret between you and me, but the show will be going up at MusicEntrepreneurBook.com when it’s ready, and as usual, I will be making an announcement on dawcast.com when it has officially launched. So that means there will be a new feed you’ll need to subscribe to once it’s live. I’ll share as much detail as possible once I’m ready to make an official announcement.

Now the new site isn’t 100% ready yet, but you’re still welcome to check it out. I’m just letting you know because things could get crazy between now and launch, and I’d like to point as many of you as possible to this new resource. If you liked this show, you’re really going to love the new one.

Trust me when I say it’s going to be some of the best content I’ve shared with you to date – I already have several great interviews in the can, and I can’t wait to share them with you.

So I look forward to interacting with you over at MusicEntrepreneurBook.com, and as always, stay inspired.
